Job Title: Business Development Executive

Mandatory Requirement:• Candidates must have prior experience working in the Europe region / European markets• Hands-on experience in handling customers or accounts in Europe is required.

The Impact You’ll Make:

• Drive new business acquisition by identifying and converting OEM, industrial, technology, and ISV accounts.• Execute targeted hunting strategies across high-growth market segments.• Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline through cold calling, email outreach, LinkedIn networking, and industry events.• Engage with CTOs, VPs Engineering, R&D; Directors, Product Owners, and technology leaders to position high-value engineering solutions.• Develop account and territory plans to maximize growth opportunities and uncover whitespace areas.• Partner with marketing and leadership teams to support campaigns, conferences, and lead conversion initiatives.• Maintain CRM accuracy and provide structured reporting to track business progress.
