We are looking for an experiencedIFS Technical Specialistto join a well-established organisation and take ownership of the technical development, integration, configuration, and ongoing support of itsIFS Applications ERP setting .Work SetupWorking Hours:8:00 AM - 5:00 PM ISTWork Arrangement:Initiallywork from office , with the opportunity totransition to working from homeeventually. (Ahmedabad)Key ResponsibilitiesDesign and develop extensions, reports, integrations, and technical solutions withinIFS Applications .Build and maintain integrations between IFS and third-party systems usingIFS Connect, REST/SOAP APIs, and middleware platforms .Develop and maintainPL/SQL proceduresand IFS-specific components usingIFS Developer Studio and IFS Aurena .Create and maintain reports and dashboards usingIFS Business Reporter, Report Designer, IFS Lobbies, and Power BI .Support IFS configuration across functional areas such as Finance, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Projects, Maintenance/MRO, CRM, and HCM.Participate across the full project lifecycle, including requirements gathering, solution design, development, testing, data migration, deployment, and go-live support.ProvideLevel 2/3 technical support , troubleshoot incidents, and resolve complex ERP issues.Maintain technical specifications, data dictionaries, support documentation,



and runbooks.Translate business requirements into practical and scalable technical solutions.Liaise with IFS product support and third-party vendors on complex technical issues.Identify opportunities to improve system performance, processes, and ERP efficiency.Must Haves3-5+ years of hands-on technical experience with IFS Applications , ideally IFS Cloud, Apps 9, and/or Apps 10.StrongPL/SQL and Oracle Databaseexperience.Hands-on experience withIFS Developer Studio .Experience withIFS Aurenaand its customisation framework.Experience developing and maintaining integrations usingIFS Connect, REST/SOAP APIs, or equivalent middleware .Strong understanding of at leasttwo IFS functional domains , such as Finance, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Projects, CRM, HCM, or Maintenance/MRO.Experience providingLevel 2/3 technical supportwithin an IFS/ERP environment.Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.Ability to produce clear and professional technical documentation.Strong written and verbal communication skills.Nice to HavesIFS certificationin one or more modules.Experience withIFS Cloud , including SaaS or Private Cloud deployments.Experience withAzure DevOps, Git, CI/CD , or similar tooling.Experience withIFS Business Reporter, Report Designer, and IFS Lobbies .Exposure toPower BI, SSRS , or other reporting platforms integrated with IFS.Understanding ofISO 27001requirements and information security best practices.Experience with ERP data migration, including mapping, cleansing, loading, and reconciliation.Bachelor's degree inComputer Science, Information Technology , or a related discipline.
