What you’ll be responsible for:Lead architectural concepts and detailed design for large-scale industrial & logistics developmentsDrive architectural design for
PEB warehouses , focusing on space optimization and operational efficiencyPlan and coordinate
interior fit-outs
for administrative blocks, offices and control roomsPrepare
BoQs, tender documents and tender drawingsReview DPRs, DBRs, consultant designs and IFC drawingsEvaluate vendors, technical bids, drawings and material specificationsCoordinate with structural, MEP,
project management and external design teamsEnsure compliance with applicable building codes, statutory requirements and industry standardsConduct site visits, resolve design queries and support constructability/value-engineering initiatives
What we're looking for:B.Arch & M.Arch from a recognized institution8–10 years of relevant architectural experienceStrong exposure to
industrial structures, PEB warehouses, logistics/warehousing and agri-logistics projectsHands-on proficiency in
AutoCADRevit, SketchUp and Navisworks knowledge will be an advantageStrong understanding of
BoQ, cost estimation and tenderingExcellent coordination and stakeholder-management skills
