Operations Analyst

in Chennai. Apply healthcare RCM expertise to ensure work is completed accurately, identify root causes of recurring denial issues, and support continuous improvement using operational reporting.

Essential Job Responsibilities:Analyze healthcare RCM performance data to identify trends in AR calling outcomes and denial patternsOwn AR calling and denial management workflows for complex cases, ensuring timely and accurate completionReview denial reasons, supporting documentation, and process steps to determine corrective actionsCoordinate with internal stakeholders to resolve issues, reduce delays,



and minimize reworkIdentify root causes for recurring denial themes and recommend process improvementsReport on operational metrics and escalation trends for performance trackingUse AI-enabled assistance (summarization, anomaly detection) to improve speed and consistency.

Expected Education & Experience:1.5+ years of experience in Healthcare RCM operations, quality, or analyticsStrong proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, etc.)Experience in AR calling and denial management workflowsUnderstanding of RCM concepts (claims workflow, denial drivers, resolution steps)Experience with SOPs and quality standardsAbility to analyze trends and recommend improvementsStrong communication and stakeholder coordination skills
