The ideal candidate will possess robust expertise in accounting operations, bookkeeping, financial reporting, and compliance. This role requires hands-on experience withQuickBooksand a solid understanding of accounting best practices. Experience withUS GAAPandtax filingis highly desirable.This position is best suited for accounting professionals who can independently manage day-to-day accounting activities while ensuring accuracy, compliance, and financial integrity.Key Responsibilities•Manage end-to-end bookkeeping and accounting functions.•Maintain general ledger, journal entries, and financial records.•Perform monthly, quarterly, and annual account reconciliations.•Handle Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR).•Prepare accurate financial statements and management reports.•Conduct bank, credit card,



and balance sheet reconciliations.•Support month-end and year-end closing processes.•Ensure compliance with accounting policies and procedures.•Coordinate with auditors, tax consultants, and external stakeholders.•Assist with tax preparation, tax filing, and regulatory compliance activities.•Identify and resolve accounting discrepancies in a timely manner.Required Qualifications•Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or a related field.• 10+ years of proven accounting and bookkeeping experience.• Strong hands-on experience with QuickBooks (Mandatory).•Deep understanding of bookkeeping principles and accounting processes.•Experience preparing financial reports and reconciliations.•Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.•Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.•Strong written and verbal communication skills.Preferred Qualifications•Knowledge ofUS GAAP .•Experience withUS tax filing and compliance requirements .•Experience supporting US-based clients or businesses.•CA, CPA, CMA, or equivalent professional certification is an advantage.
