About the RoleWe are looking for a

Business Operations skilled

to drive the Imports function through strong

data analysis, Excel-based reporting, operational tracking and problem-solving .The role will work closely with Supply, Finance, Logistics and external partners to ensure smooth and efficient import operations.

What You'll DoOwn

MIS, dashboards and trackers

for imports, shipments, inventory, costs and payments.Analyse large datasets using

Excel

to identify trends, variances, inefficiencies and business insights.Track the end-to-end import journey.Manage

landed cost calculations, reconciliation and variance tracking

with Finance.Track shipment timelines, quantities, inventory and operational deviations.Coordinate with vendors, freight forwarders, CHAs and internal stakeholders to ensure timely closure.Identify operational gaps and drive





data-backed problem solving and process improvements .Support import documentation, compliance and other operational requirements.

What We're Looking For2–5 years

of experience in Business Operations, Supply Chain, Imports/Exports, Logistics or Analytics.Strong Excel skills

— Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, SUMIFS, data analysis and reconciliation.Strong numerical and analytical ability with high attention to detail.Ability to work with large datasets and convert numbers into actionable insights.Strong ownership, problem-solving and stakeholder management skills.
