About the RoleWe are looking for an experienced

TV Ad Sales Leader

to lead the

Upcountry Sales business for R Bharat

. The role will be responsible for driving advertising revenue across key upcountry markets, building strong relationships with advertisers and agencies, and expanding R Bharat’s presence and business across the region.

Key ResponsibilitiesDrive

TV advertising revenue and business growth

across assigned upcountry markets.Develop and execute regional sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.Build and maintain strong relationships with

media agencies, advertisers, brands, and key decision-makers

.Identify new business opportunities and strengthen existing client relationships.Drive sales across

spot advertising, sponsorships, branded solutions, special properties, and integrated offerings

.Develop customized solutions based on client objectives and market requirements.Lead negotiations, closures, and overall client relationship management.Track market trends, competitor activity,



and advertising spends to identify growth opportunities.Work closely with internal teams including

Branded Content, Marketing, Programming, and Operations

to deliver effective client solutions.Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team across assigned upcountry markets.Ensure solid sales pipeline, forecasting, collections, and revenue visibility.Expand R Bharat’s advertiser base across

regional and national clients

What We’re Looking For14+ years of experience

in TV Ad Sales / Media Sales / Advertising Sales.Strong experience in

upcountry markets

with a proven track record of revenue generation.Established relationships with

media agencies, advertisers, and large brands

.Strong understanding of the

Hindi news and television advertising ecosystem

.Proven ability to achieve and exceed revenue targets.Experience in managing and developing sales teams.Robust

business development, negotiation, communication, presentation, and leadership skills

.Ability to work in a quick-paced, target-driven environment with extensive market coverage.
