About jobWe are seeking a creative and experiencedE-Learning Developerfor a 3-4 month contract engagement. The ideal candidate will transform existing training content, instructional design materials, voiceovers, and learning assets into engaging, interactive e-learning experiences. This role has the potential to convert into a full-time position based on project performance and business needs.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop interactive e-learning modules usingArticulate Storyline 360, Rise 360, Mindsmith AI, Colossyan , or similar authoring tools.Transform training content, presentations, storyboards, and voiceovers into engaging digital learning experiences.Create learner interactions, assessments, simulations, and multimedia-rich learning assets.Design visually appealing content aligned with learning objectives and brand guidelines.Publish and deploy courses inSCORM/xAPIformats and ensure LMS compatibility.Collaborate with SMEs, instructional designers,



and stakeholders to deliver high-quality learning solutions.Perform quality checks and optimize content for learner engagement and user experience.Required Skills & Experience3+ years of experience in e-learning development and multimedia learning design.Hands-on expertise inArticulate Storyline 360 and Rise 360 .Experience with AI-based learning tools such asMindsmith AI ,Colossyan , Synthesia, or similar platforms.Strong understanding of instructional design principles and adult learning methodologies.Knowledge ofSCORM, xAPI, LMS deployment , and course publishing standards.Proficiency in graphic design and multimedia tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, Vyond, or equivalent.Experience creating storyboards and interactive learning scenarios.Ability to manage multiple deliverables in a fast-paced workplace.Preferred QualificationsExperience working with corporate training programs.Knowledge of accessibility and inclusive learning design.Familiarity with LMS platforms such as Moodle, TalentLMS, SAP SuccessFactors Learning, or similar.Experience leveraging AI tools for content generation, video creation, and learning personalization.Contract DetailsDuration:3-4 MonthsLocation:AhmedabadEmployment Type:Contract with potential full-time conversion after successful completion of the engagement.
