Job Description – Temenos T24 / FCM TestingExperience:5–12 YearsLocation:Pan India / ( Hybrid )Role OverviewWe are looking for an experiencedTemenos Transact (T24) Testing professionalwith strong exposure to theRetail Banking domainand hands-on experience inFinancial Crime Management (FCM) product testing . The candidate should have practical experience across AML, screening, transaction monitoring, and end-to-end testing activities.Mandatory SkillsStrong hands-on experience withTemenos Transact (T24)in theRetail Banking domainProven experience inFCM (Financial Crime Management) product testingHands-on experience withAML MonitoringStrong knowledge ofWatchlist Screening and Customer/Party ScreeningExperience inTransaction Screening and Transaction MonitoringGood understanding of banking transaction flows and financial crime compliance processesKey ResponsibilitiesUnderstand business and functional requirements and prepare detailedtest plans, test scenarios,



and test scriptsPerform end-to-end functional testing ofT24 and FCM-related banking applicationsExecuteSystem Integration Testing (SIT)and provide support duringUser Acceptance Testing (UAT)Validate AML monitoring, watchlist screening, transaction screening, and monitoring scenariosPrepare and maintain appropriatetest evidence and execution reportsIdentify, log, track, and retest defects while actively supportingdefect triage and resolutionCoordinate with business, development, compliance, and testing teams throughout the testing lifecycleImplement or contribute totest automationwherever technically feasiblePreferred CandidateThe ideal candidate should have recent, project-level hands-on experience inTemenos T24 along with FCM/AML testing , rather than only functional or theoretical exposure. Robust communication, analytical, and defect-management skills are expected.
