The Associate will assist with day-to-day accounting tasks, including maintaining books of accounts, preparing financial statements, and supporting audit engagements under the guidance of senior team members. Responsibilities include working on direct and indirect tax filings, supporting statutory and internal audits, preparing working papers and documentation, and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and standards. The role also involves coordinating with clients to gather information,



resolving basic queries, and contributing to report preparation and presentations. Associates are expected to follow firm methodologies, meet deadlines, and participate in training to stay updated on accounting and tax developments.QualificationsStrong foundational knowledge of accounting principles, financial statements, and auditing concepts.Basic understanding of direct and indirect taxation, including GST and income tax procedures.Proficiency with accounting software and MS Office tools (especially Excel and Word).Effective written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with clients and team members.Attention to detail, strong analytical ability, and capacity to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or a related field; pursuing or planning to pursue skilled qualifications such as CA or equivalent is an advantage.Ability to work on-site in Tiruchirappalli, collaborate within a team, and maintain high ethical and professional standards.
