The role involves greeting customers, understanding their requirements, and guiding them through the selection of jewelry pieces, including explaining product features, metal purity, stone quality, and pricing. The Jewellery Sales Executive will handle sales transactions, prepare bills, manage basic documentation, and ensure accurate handling of cash or digital payments. Daily tasks also include maintaining product displays, keeping counters organized and secure, coordinating with the inventory team for stock availability, and following company processes for reservations and orders.



The role requires providing courteous after-sales service, addressing customer queries, and supporting promotional activities and showroom events as needed.Qualifications Strong customer service, relationship-building, and interpersonal skills to engage professionally with diverse clients.Sales and negotiation abilities, with confidence in closing sales and meeting individual and team targets.Basic product knowledge or interest in learning about gold, diamond, and gemstone jewelry, including design and quality parameters.Attention to detail and accuracy in handling billing, documentation, and payment processes.Good verbal communication skills in English and local languages; ability to explain products clearly and respectfully.Comfort working in a showroom environment, with a professional appearance and adherence to company policies and security procedures.Prior experience in retail sales, especially in jewelry, fashion, or luxury goods, is an advantage but not always mandatory.Minimum educational qualification of high school diploma; higher education in commerce, business, or related fields is beneficial.Willingness to work flexible
