Team members work closely with customers to address complex business process challenges through technology.Role Description The Senior Sales Development Representative is a full time, on-site role based in Jaipur. This role involves prospecting and qualifying leads, conducting outreach via calls, emails, and social channels, and nurturing potential customers for Pericent’s docEdge and bpmEdge solutions. The Senior SDR will research target accounts, identify key decision-makers, and schedule discovery meetings or product demos for the sales team. Daily responsibilities include maintaining an accurate sales pipeline in the CRM, following a structured cadence to engage prospects, and collaborating with marketing and sales stakeholders to refine messaging and campaigns.



The role also includes tracking performance metrics, providing feedback on lead quality, and contributing to continuous improvement of the sales development process.Qualifications Candidates should possess strong Inside Sales and Lead Generation skills, including experience with outbound prospecting and qualification.Candidates should possess effective Communication and Sales skills, with the ability to build rapport, handle objections, and present value propositions clearly.Candidates should possess Business Development skills, including experience identifying opportunities, developing account insights, and supporting long-term customer relationships.Prior experience in B2B software or SaaS sales, preferably in enterprise or process automation solutions, is beneficial.Proficiency with CRM tools, sales engagement platforms, and basic productivity software is preferred.Strong analytical and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple prospects and follow structured sales processes.Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience, is advantageous.Comfort working in an on-site, collaborative environment and willingness to learn about BPM and DMS technologies.
