Night Shift Role

Position Overview
This position reports to the India-based local manager and works closely with the Global sales team. This role is responsible for a high volume of accurate renewal and new product quotations and order submissions associated with a specific set of accounts.

Primary Skills: Salesforce, Customer Oriented, Task oriented
Secondary Skills: Communication Skills

Minimum Qualifications
2+ Years of previous experience in a Sales Support role
Proficient computer skills including MS Office and its suite of products, especially Excel
Organized and task-oriented
High attention to detail
Customer service oriented
Ability to retain accuracy while working quickly
Previous work experience in a large corporate office environment
Professional and courteous attitude

Preferred Qualifications
Proficient with Salesforce.com (SFDC)




3-year degree

Responsibilities
Create and submit accurate quotes to Sales teams 60-90 days before they are due
Use Salesforce.com reporting to identify all renewals, products and pricing
Use Salesforce.com to document all customer opportunities and customer activity
Use Salesforce.com and the embedded forecast probability definitions to categorize opportunities accordingly
Maintain basic knowledge of Autodesk products, competition and industry trends along with promotions and other items related to doing business with Autodesk and/or its Partners
Build robust relationships and partnerships with Outside Sales teams.
