I AM / CIAM Consultant (PingOne AIC / ForgeRock IAM)Experience: 7+ Years Location: Remote Shift Timing - 6PM-3AM ISTRole Overview We are looking for an experienced IAM / CIAMConsultant with strong expertise in Customer Identity and AccessManagement (CIAM) solutions, specifically on PingOne AIC /ForgeRock IAM platforms. The ideal candidate should have hands-onexperience in authentication, identity federation, API security,and modern IAM architectures within enterprise environments. KeyResponsibilities Design, implement, and support CIAM solutionsusing PingOne AIC / ForgeRock IAM. Develop and manage customerauthentication journeys and CIAM workflows. Configure and supportauthentication protocols including: o OAuth 2.0 o OpenID Connect(OIDC) o SAML 2.0 Implement identity lifecycle management,provisioning, and access governance solutions. Integrate IAMsolutions with APIs, cloud platforms, and enterprise applications.Work with LDAP and directory services such as: o Ping Directory oOpenDJ o Active Directory (AD) Develop custom integrations andworkflows using Java, JavaScript, and Groovy scripting. Supportcloud-native deployments across AWS, Azure,



and GCP environments.Work with DevOps and deployment tools including: o CI/CD pipelineso Git o Jenkins o ArgoCD Deploy and manage containerizedapplications using Docker and Kubernetes. Implement securityfeatures such as: o Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) o SingleSign-On (SSO) o Adaptive Authentication o Zero Trust SecurityArchitecture Ensure compliance with banking and enterprise securityframeworks. ______________ Required Skills 6–10 years of IAMexperience with solid focus on CIAM solutions. Minimum 5+ years ofhands-on experience with PingOne AIC / ForgeRock IAM. Strongunderstanding of authentication, authorization, and federationstandards. Experience in API security and identity federation.Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
