Responsibilities

Strategic Leadership:

Lead and scale the company’s global Quote-To-Cash processes, establishing best-in-class follow-up protocols and "best practice" standards for the department.

Team Management:

Supervise and mentor a team
●

High-Level Negotiations:

Personally handle senior-level customer escalations and complex negotiations to secure payments and reduce Days Sales Outstanding (DSO).
●

Process Automation:

Identify, design, and implement system improvements and automation levels to streamline the collections workflow.
●

Performance Tracking:

Implement, track, and achieve aggressive KPIs, providing advanced data analysis on collection health to the executive team.
●

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

Partner with Sales, CS, Product, and Finance to resolve customer disputes and refine the overall customer financial experience.

Requirements for the Position

Industry Expertise:

10+ years of Accounts Receivable (A/R)



experience specifically within a B2B SaaS setting.

Leadership Experience:

Proven track record of managing teams and driving departmental discipline.
●

Technical Proficiency:

Extensive experience with NetSuite, Zuora, and Salesforce is highly preferred.
●

Automation Mindset:

Experience implementing financial systems and process automation to increase efficiency.
●

Analytical Rigor:

Advanced ability to work with large databases and perform complex data analysis to drive strategy.
●

Communication Skills:

Assertive verbal and written communication skills with the ability to navigate difficult conversations and influence senior-level client stakeholders.
●

Global Perspective:

Experience managing global collections is a significant plus.
●

Startup Agility:

Comfortable navigating ambiguity and scaling processes within a fast-paced, changing environment

Qualifications
MBA from premier Institutes . CA's with a high aptitude in lateral thinking and a proven track record. Candidates with a SaaS background will be given preference.
