Role Summary
The Fund Manager will support the Company's treasury, fundraising, investment, and capital market activities. The role requires a blend of financial analysis, market intelligence, stakeholder management, and execution capabilities to optimize funding, liquidity, and investment strategies.

Key Responsibilities -
Treasury & Liquidity
Monitor liquidity, cash flows, and borrowing costs
Support Asset Liability Management (ALM) and treasury planning
Identify opportunities for cost optimisation and productive deployment of surplus funds
Fund Raising & Capital Markets
Support fundraising through banks, financial institutions, debt markets, securitisation, NCDs, and other funding channels
Prepare funding proposals, lender presentations, and transaction-related documentation
Manage relationships with lenders, investors, rating agencies, and market intermediaries
Investment Management
Evaluate investment opportunities for surplus funds
Track fixed-income markets, debt instruments, and investment performance




Recommend investment strategies balancing liquidity, safety, and returns
Financial Analysis & Strategic Support
Develop financial models, investment analyses, and management dashboards
Monitor market trends, interest rates, and regulatory developments
Support strategic financial initiatives and business opportunities
Stakeholder Management
Coordinate with Finance, Business, Risk, Legal, Compliance, and external stakeholders
Support due diligence, rating reviews, audits, and regulatory interactions

Candidate Profile
MBA (Finance), CA, CFA, FRM, or equivalent qualification
10 years of experience in NBFCs, Banks, Financial Institutions, Treasury, Capital Markets, Corporate Finance, Credit Analysis, or Investment Research
Strong understanding of fundraising, treasury operations, debt markets, and investment management
