Billing Executive cum Warehouse Assistant

Job Summary

We are looking for a Billing Executive cum Warehouse Assistant who will be responsible for billing, sales and purchase entries, e-way bills, invoicing, cash entries, inventory-related documentation, and day-to-day warehouse coordination.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare and process sales invoices, purchase invoices, debit notes and credit notes.
- Make accurate Sales and Purchase entries in the accounting/ERP system.
- Generate and manage E-Way Bills and ensure all required details are correct.
- Handle cash entries, cash receipts, payments and daily cash transactions.
- Maintain proper records of sales, purchases, billing and cash transactions.
- Coordinate with the Accounts, Sales, Purchase and Warehouse teams for documentation and entries.
- Check invoices, purchase orders, delivery challans and other supporting documents.




- Maintain stock inward and outward records and coordinate with the warehouse team.
- Assist in inventory reconciliation and identify discrepancies in stock records.
- Prepare delivery challans, dispatch documents and other warehouse-related documentation.

Skills Required:

- Knowledge of warehouse operations and dispatch processes
- Ability to perform physical material verification
- Experience in handling loading/unloading operations
- Capability to arrange labor and supervise work efficiently

Job Types: Full time, Volunteer

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹24,000.00 per month
