Profile: Maintenance Engineer r-Solar PV Line

Location: Ahmedabad

Experience: 2-5 years

Key Responsibilities

- Perform preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance of plant machinery and equipment.
- Diagnose mechanical and electrical faults and ensure timely resolution.
- Monitor machine performance and implement corrective actions to improve reliability.
- Coordinate with production teams to minimize equipment downtime.
- Maintain maintenance logs, service records, and spare parts inventory.
- Plan and execute scheduled maintenance activities.
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and maintenance SOPs.
- Coordinate with vendors for servicing, repairs, and procurement of spare parts.
- Participate in installation, commissioning, and testing of new equipment.
- Suggest process improvements to enhance equipment performance and operational efficiency.

Qualifications

- B.E./B.Tech or Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, or related Engineering discipline.
- 3–5 years of maintenance experience in Manufacturing, Solar, Renewable Energy, EPC, or related industries.
