- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements that enhance team productivity and software quality.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and integration within the team.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Ensure adherence to best practices and standards in software development and deployment.

Professional & Technical Skills:

- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in ServiceNow IT Operations Management (ITOM).
- Valuable To Have Skills: Experience with ServiceNow Hardware Asset Management (HAM).
- Strong knowledge of software development life cycle and agile methodologies.
- Ability to design and implement scalable software components using modern frameworks.
- Experience in troubleshooting and resolving complex technical issues within integrated systems.
- Familiarity with automation and orchestration tools to optimize IT operations.

Additional Information:

- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in ServiceNow IT Operations Management (ITOM).

- This position is based at our BDC14A - STPI office.
