Job Title: Senior HR Business Partner (HRBP)
Location: Mumbai
Experience: 5+ years
CTC: ₹8,00,000 – ₹13,00,000 per annum
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with business leaders to drive HR initiatives.
- Manage performance management, employee relations, and HR operations.
- Support talent management, employee engagement, and organizational development.
- Ensure compliance with HR policies and labor laws.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of HRBP/HR Generalist experience.
- Strong experience in business partnering, performance management, employee relations, and HR operations.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
