JOB DESCRIPTION
EPMA Info Tech Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced Quality Analyst (QA) to join our International Voice Process team. The ideal candidate should have 2–4 years of experience in quality assurance, with strong analytical, communication, and customer service quality monitoring skills.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Monitor and evaluate customer interactions for quality and compliance.
- Conduct call audits and provide constructive feedback to agents.
- Prepare quality reports, scorecards, and performance dashboards.
- Identify process gaps and recommend quality improvements.
- Work closely with Operations and Training teams to improve agent performance.
- Ensure adherence to client guidelines and quality standards.
- Participate in calibration sessions and quality review meetings.
Pay: From ₹25,000.00 per month
