Shift: 10 Hours – General Shift
Weekly Off: Saturday

We are looking for a skilled and responsible Lathe Machine Turner to join our manufacturing team. The candidate will be responsible for operating conventional lathe machines and carrying out turning, facing, drilling, threading, and other machining operations as per engineering drawings and required specifications.

Key Responsibilities

- Operate and set up conventional lathe machines for machining components.
- Perform turning, facing, boring, drilling, threading, and other machining operations.
- Read and understand engineering drawings and component specifications.
- Select appropriate cutting tools, speeds, feeds, and machining methods.
- Measure finished components using vernier calipers, micrometers, gauges, and other measuring instruments.
- Maintain required dimensional accuracy and surface finish.




- Inspect machined components and ensure quality as per specifications.
- Identify and rectify basic machining and dimensional issues.
- Maintain proper housekeeping and follow safety procedures at the workplace.
- Perform routine machine checks and report machine-related issues to the supervisor.
- Coordinate with the production and quality teams to achieve production targets.

Candidate Profile

- 1 to 3 years of experience as a Lathe Machine Turner or similar machining role.
- HSC / ITI / relevant technical qualification preferred.
- Good knowledge of conventional lathe machine operations.
- Ability to read basic engineering drawings.
- Knowledge of measuring instruments and dimensional inspection.
- Should be hardworking, disciplined, and quality-conscious.
- Willingness to work in a 10-hour general shift.
