- Education : BCA - Computers PG - M.Tech - Any Specialization,MCA - Computers, Bachelor's degree in IT, or related field preferred

Job Responsibilities :

- Identify the Hardware or any other Problem and trouble shooting.

- Knowledge of Networking to handle local LAN & WAN Installation & Maintenance.

- Install/ Support/ Maintain/ Trouble shoot various IT Hardware ( Desktop, Laptop, Peripherals) .

- Knowledge of Operating system Win98/2000/Xp./Vista/Win Server 2003.

- Provide Support for Windows OS and standard Office Automation Software.

- OS level Trouble Shooting and Admin.

- Knowledge of Email Clients like Lotus notes and Outlook.

- Solve Customer Technical Issues.





- Resolution of user calls related to Desktop / Laptop (day to day problem fixing)

- Update anti-virus tools periodically on client machines.

- Installation / Reconfiguration / Re-installation of XP Operating System from the original media.

- To initiate escalation process if required to resolve the problem.
