Job Title: HR Recruiter
Job Summary: We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated freshers to join our HR team as HR Recruiters. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, a willingness to learn, and an interest in recruitment and talent acquisition.
Key Responsibilities: -
Source candidates through job portals and social media.
Conduct initial telephonic interviews.
Schedule interviews with hiring managers.
Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
Required skills:
Basic knowledge of MS Office.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
