SALES COORDINATOR – ELECTRICAL INDUSTRY

About the RoleWe are looking for an Experienced Sales Coordinator from the Electrical Industry who has good knowledge of Electrical Products and Sales.

The candidate will be responsible for handling customer enquiries, quotations, sales follow-ups, order coordination and supporting the sales team in achieving business targets.

- Mandatory RequirementsITI / Diploma in Electrical Engineering – Mandatory
- Electrical / Electrical & Electronics background – Mandatory
- 2–5 years of experience in Electrical Sales / Sales Coordination
- Good practical knowledge of Electrical Products and their applications
- Excellent English communication skills – Mandatory
- Candidate should be confident in communicating with customers through Phone, Email and WhatsApp
- Strong sales follow-up and customer handling skills
- Positive knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word and Email
- Key ResponsibilitiesHandle customer sales enquiries and understand their requirements.
- Prepare and send quotations and offers.
- Follow up with customers for quotations, negotiations and order confirmation.
- Explain electrical products and their specifications to customers.
- Coordinate with Sales, Production, Purchase, Stores, Dispatch and Accounts teams.
- Maintain enquiry, quotation and order records.
- Coordinate with customers regarding order status and delivery schedules.
- Follow up for pending payments with customers.




- Maintain regular communication with existing customers for repeat business.
- Prepare basic sales and follow-up reports.
- Support the sales team in achieving sales targets.

Required SkillsElectrical Knowledge

- Good understanding of electrical products, components and specifications.
- Ability to understand customer technical requirements.
- Experience with industrial/electrical products will be preferred.

Important NoteCandidates without an Electrical educational background (ITI/Diploma/Degree) will NOT be considered.

Candidates with only general Sales Coordinator / Telecalling / Non-Electrical Sales experience are not suitable for this position.

Ideal CandidateAn Electrical ITI/Diploma holder with 2–5 years of Electrical Sales experience, good knowledge of electrical products, strong customer follow-up skills and excellent English communication.
