We are looking for an experienced Team Leader – Debt Collection to manage and supervise a field/tele-calling collection team. The candidate will be responsible for achieving collection targets, monitoring team performance, handling escalated cases, and ensuring timely recovery from overdue/NPA accounts while following company policies and compliance guidelines.
Preferred Candidates: Candidates with experience in BL / PL / HL, overdue, NPA, field collection or agency collection will be preferred.
