With a dedicated team of 60 members, we’re working hard to make this vision a reality—and now, we’re looking for a star performer to join us as a Community Manager. Role Overview As a Community Manager, you will be responsible for building an active and engaged student/developer community, driving participation in our programs and events, executing communication campaigns, and creating meaningful interactions with students. The ideal candidate should be comfortable working with students, managing online communities, coordinating campaigns and events, and using data to improve engagement and conversions. Key Responsibilities- Community Growth & Engagement Build and manage communities across WhatsApp, Telegram, Discord, LinkedIn and other relevant platforms. Develop strategies to increase community members and active participation. Create engaging discussions, polls, quizzes,
coding challenges and community activities. Monitor community conversations and ensure a positive and productive environment. Identify inactive members and implement strategies to improve retention and reactivation. Student Engagement Regularly interact with students and understand their challenges, requirements and feedback. Conduct engagement activities around coding, placements, interviews and career development. Collect and analyse student feedback and coordinate with internal teams for resolution. Identify active students and potential community ambassadors. Campaigns & Lead Generation Plan and execute WhatsApp and email campaigns for webinars, courses, contests, events and other initiatives. Track campaign performance, registrations, leads and conversions. Work closely with the Marketing and Sales teams to generate and nurture leads through community channels. Explore referral and student ambassador programs to drive organic growth. Events & Webinars Plan and coordinate webinars, coding contests, workshops, AMAs and community events. Drive registrations and attendance through community campaigns. Coordinate with instructors, speakers and internal teams to ensure smooth execution. Analyse event performance and identify opportunities for improvement. Influencer & Student Partnerships Identify relevant student creators, coding influencers and micro-influencers.
Coordinate collaborations and community partnerships. Build relationships with college coding clubs and student communities. Track the performance and ROI of community collaborations. Content & Brand Building Work with the content and marketing teams to develop community-focused content. Promote student success stories, testimonials, placement achievements and learning resources. Identify trending topics in coding, placements and technology that can drive community engagement. Requirements- 2 years of experience in Community Management, Student Community, Digital Marketing, Social Media, EdTech, Customer Engagement or a similar role. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Experience managing communities on platforms such as WhatsApp, Telegram, Discord, LinkedIn, etc. Experience with WhatsApp and email campaigns is preferred. Good understanding of digital marketing and engagement strategies. Ability to organise webinars, contests, workshops and community events. Strong analytical and reporting skills. Ability to work independently and take ownership of community initiatives. Comfortable interacting with students and young professionals. Prior experience in an EdTech, technology, coding or student-focused organisation will be an advantage.
