Sales & Business Development (Corporate & Govt Events, Luxury Weddings)

PREFERENCE: Events, Travel and Hotel industry

What You Will Do

- Generate your own leads via personal network, referrals, and direct outreach
- Pitch, negotiate, and close high-value event and wedding contracts independently
- Convert enquiries into signed contracts with advance payments
- Own deals end-to-end from first conversation to closure
- Deliver committed monthly and annual revenue numbers
- Take care of operations/execution of events setup

What You Must Have

- 7–12+ years in Corporate events / weddings / experiential / luxury services sales
- Proven history of self-sourced, self-closed deals
- Experience closing large-ticket projects
- Strong presence, communication, and negotiation skills
- High comfort with targets, pressure, and accountability

Who Should NOT Apply

- Sales managers who only manage teams
- Professionals dependent on marketing or inbound leads
- Candidates without personal closures to show
- Anyone uncomfortable with performance-linked compensation
