n We are hiring a Sales Manager to expand its presence in the building materials industry. The role involves generating new business, developing customer relationships, and driving sales across the Mumbai region.
n Key Responsibilities
n n Identify and develop new business opportunities in the assigned territory.
n Visit construction sites and meet engineers, architects, contractors, builders, dealers, and distributors.
n Present products and recommend suitable building material solutions.
n Negotiate pricing and close profitable sales agreements.
n Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.




n Track market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
n Generate leads, maintain customer records, and submit daily sales reports.
n n Candidate Requirements
n n Minimum 3 years of experience in building material sales.
n Experience in products such as fiber cement boards, gypsum boards, sandwich panels, tile adhesive, putty, pipes, marble, granite, stone, or ceramics.
n Solid communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
n Willingness to travel extensively across Mumbai for field sales activities.
