Job Description: Job Title: Packaging Machine Operator

Key Responsibilities:

- Operate and monitor packaging machinery to perform tasks such as sticker labeling, box sealing, damage inspection, and product wrapping.

- Ensure smooth and efficient functioning of machines throughout the production shift.

- Perform routine checks and basic maintenance on machinery to prevent downtime.

- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the packaging area in accordance with healthcare hygiene standards.

- Conduct visual inspections of products to identify defects or quality issues.

- Adhere strictly to safety, hygiene, and industry compliance protocols.





- Coordinate with team members and supervisors to meet daily production targets.

Qualifications:

- Minimum 6 months of hands-on experience in packaging operations or a similar machinery-based role.

- Basic understanding of packaging processes and mechanical equipment.

- Ability to detect packaging defects and maintain consistent quality control.

- Positive communication skills and ability to follow instructions.

- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and team-oriented work environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Prior experience in the healthcare or pharmaceutical packaging industry.

- Familiarity with conveyor belt systems and packaging automation tools.

- Basic mechanical troubleshooting skills.
