Job Description:

As an Accountant, your primary role is to manage financial records, prepare financial statements, and ensure compliance with accounting principles and regulations. You play a key role in supporting the financial health of the organization by maintaining accurate financial records and providing insights into the company's financial performance.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Bookkeeping:

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records using accounting software.
- Record daily financial transactions, including income and expenses.

- Financial Reporting:

- Prepare financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
- Generate financial reports for management to aid in decision-making.

- Budgeting and Forecasting:

- Assist in the development of budgets and financial forecasts.
- Monitor budget variances and provide explanations for financial performance.

- Accounts Payable and Receivable:

- Process invoices, payments, and receipts.
- Reconcile accounts payable and receivable statements.

- Tax Compliance:





- Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal tax regulations.
- Prepare and file tax returns, including income tax and VAT.

- Financial Analysis:

- Analyze financial data and trends to provide insights into the company's financial performance.
- Make recommendations for cost reduction and revenue enhancement.

- Audit Support:

- Facilitate internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation and explanations.
- Implement audit recommendations to enhance financial controls.

- Compliance:

- Stay updated on changes in accounting regulations and standards.
- Implement and enforce accounting policies and procedures.

- Communication:

- Communicate financial information effectively to internal stakeholders and management.
- Collaborate with other departments to gather necessary financial data.
