We are looking for a committed and experienced Senior Legal Advisor to join our General Corporate
Team. The ideal candidate will provide expert legal counsel on a wide range of corporate and commercial
matters, including contracts, regulatory compliance, and corporate structuring.
Duties & Responsibilities
Draft, review, and negotiate a variety of commercial contracts and agreements, including NDAs,
MSAs, vendor and client contracts, and service agreements.
Stay abreast of developments in corporate and commercial laws and regulations.
Coordinate with internal teams and external counsels on complex legal assignments.
Contribute to building and updating the firm's template and legal knowledge repository.
Conduct high-quality legal research and analysis on evolving statutes, case law, and regulatory
trends
Interface with senior stakeholders,



including client leadership and internal cross-functional teams
Assist in mentoring junior legal staff and fostering a cooperative team environment Education & Certification Qualifications
Law degree from an accredited law school Must Have Qualifications Strong experience in corporate and commercial laws. JOB DESCRIPTION Deep understanding of contract law, company law, and applicable business regulations. Proven drafting and negotiation skills for a wide range of legal documents.
Detail-oriented with high standards for legal accuracy and risk assessment.
Strong organizational, administrative, and project management skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively with high levels of integrity and professionalism.
Exposure to international contract negotiation or cross-border matters is a plus
Excellent legal drafting and analytical skills with meticulous attention to detail
Strong interpersonal and communication skills; ability to lead client discussions and internal
reviews independently
Proven track record of handling client relationships and managing deliverables within timelines
