Job Description:

- Power BI Proficiency: Strong hands-on experience in designing and developing interactive Power BI reports, dashboards, and data models from scratch.

- DAX & Power Query: Proficient in writing DAX expressions, calculated columns, measures, and Power Query (M language) transformations for complex data manipulation.

- Data Modeling: Experience in building and optimizing relational and star/snowflake schema data models within Power BI Desktop and Power BI Service.

- SQL Skills: Solid SQL skills for data extraction, aggregation, and transformation from relational databases; experience querying large datasets efficiently.

- Data Source Connectivity: Experience connecting Power BI to diverse data sources including Azure SQL, SharePoint, Excel, etc.

- Report Publishing & Governance: Familiarity with Power BI Service, workspaces, Row-Level Security (RLS), report scheduling, and deployment pipelines.

- Data Storytelling: Ability to translate complex business requirements into clear, user-friendly visualizations and dashboards that drive decision-making.

- Collaboration & Stakeholder Management: Experience gathering requirements from non-technical stakeholders and delivering BI solutions that meet business needs.
