Job Description:
- Prior experience at influencer agencies or influencer marketing team within
- ecomm, beauty, personal care, lifestyle or D2C
- Strong understanding of the creator ecosystem, including identifying the right
- creators, negotiating collaborations and managing campaigns end to end
- Experience managing paid, barter, seeding and affiliate campaigns
- Strong relationship-building and communication skills, with the ability to develop
- long-term creator partnerships
- Comfortable working with data, campaign metrics and ROI, and using insights to
- optimize influencer investments
- Someone hands-on, resourceful and comfortable owning execution in an
- early-stage startup
- Robust cultural awareness and understanding of Gen Z, social trends and
- creator-led content
- Agency management experience / affiliate marketing would be a strong plus
