We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Technical Lead to join our team in Hyderabad. In this role, you will be responsible for leading the development of robust, scalable applications, mentoring team members, and ensuring high-quality software delivery. You will work across the full stack with a strong focus on Python, React, and DevOps practices.Key Responsibilities

- Technical Leadership: Lead and guide engineering teams in the design, development, and deployment of enterprise-grade applications.
- Architecture & Design: Drive architectural decisions and design scalable solutions using Python and React.
- DevOps Integration: Implement and maintain efficient CI/CD pipelines, ensuring seamless integration and deployment processes.
- Mentorship: Mentor junior developers, conduct code reviews,



and foster a culture of technical excellence and best practices.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with stakeholders and product teams to translate business requirements into clear, technical specifications.

Technical Requirements

- Python: Extensive experience in backend development using Python (Django/FastAPI/Flask).
- React: Strong proficiency in frontend development with React.js and modern JavaScript/TypeScript.
- DevOps: Proven experience in CI/CD, containerization (Docker/Kubernetes), and cloud-native practices.
- Experience: 10+ years of skilled experience in software development with a minimum of 3-4 years in a leadership or lead developer capacity.
