Key Responsibilities

Having hands on experience building complex surveys in Medallia - including but not limited to the below.

- Advanced Research Design: Program and deploy complex methodologies including Conjoint analysis, MaxDiff experiments, and Segmentation Typing Tools within the survey architecture.
- Digital Intercept Deployment: Configure and manage Site Intercepts (digital feedback tags/pop-ups) across web and mobile properties to target specific user behaviors.
- Ecosystem Integration: Manage data flows and synchronizations specifically for Fuel Cycle integrations, connecting community insight data with Medallia workflows.
- Logic & Survey Setup: Implement advanced skip logic, branching, piping, and randomization.
- Quality Assurance: Run end-to-end testing, validate test links, and ensure data output matches intended analysis models before live deployment.





Required Technical Knowledge & Qualifications

- Experience: 3+ years of hands-on experience configuring and administering the Medallia Experience Cloud platform.
- Mandatory Technical Expertise:
- Proficient in configuring and managing web/mobile Site Intercepts.
- Hands-on experience building Multivariate surveys (Conjoint and MaxDiff models).
- Direct experience implementing and managing Fuel Cycle integration workflows.
- Proven ability to embed and execute brand Typing Tools within survey flows for real-time customer segmentation.

- Certifications: Medallia Administrator or related Product Certifications are not mandatory.
