Key Responsibilities

ata Management & Integration:

· Collect, clean, and validate data from HRP systems including TMF Local Payroll systems, Enate, and Lexicon.

· Maintain central tracking of any data quality issues. Ensure that completion of all templates in a timely manner and proactively communicate to all stakeholders.

Analysis & Reporting:

· Update dashboards and reports to track migration gaps, progress, risks, and capacity utilisation.

· Monitor KPIs for migration and enablement teams.

· Provide actionable recommendations to improve templates

Collaboration:

· Work closely with Migration Project Managers,



and cross-functional teams to ensure accurate reporting and compliance with programme standards.

Key Requirements

· Communication: Explaining data issues and solutions to non-technical stakeholders.

· Collaboration: Working with IT, business analysts, and project managers.

· Data Quality & Governance

· Data Validation: Ability to identify duplicates, inconsistencies, and missing values.

· Standardization: Skills in applying consistent formats (dates, names, codes).
