We are Sisco Jobs, a recruitment consultancy based in Trichy, Tamil Nadu. We are hiring on behalf of our client for the position of Academic Counsellor & Sales Executive in Trichy, Tamil Nadu. Key Responsibilities

- Counsel prospective students on suitable academic programs based on their interests and requirements.

- Understand student enquiries and provide clear information about relevant courses and programs.

- Handle incoming leads and conduct systematic follow-ups with prospective students.

- Convert qualified enquiries into admissions through consultative sales techniques.

- Maintain accurate records of leads, counselling interactions, follow-ups, and conversions.

- Coordinate with internal teams regarding student enquiries and admission-related processes.

- Build positive relationships with prospective students and provide professional assistance throughout the counselling process.

- Work toward assigned counselling, admission, and sales objectives.

Required Skills

- Academic Counselling:



Ability to understand student requirements and guide them toward appropriate programs.

- Consultative Sales: Ability to identify requirements and move qualified prospects through the admissions process.

- Lead Management: Ability to manage enquiries and maintain timely follow-ups.

- Communication: Transparent and skilled communication with prospective students.

- CRM/Record Management: Ability to maintain accurate prospect, follow-up, and conversion information.

Preferred Skills

- Experience in education counselling or admission sales.

- Familiarity with CRM or lead-management systems.

- Strong follow-up and student relationship-management ability.

Work Experience Requirements
