- Verification of Refundable Security Deposit
- Downloading Settlement Voucher from TPA portal and mail
- Co-ordination with TPA department and accounts
- Co-ordination with patients for status of refund over telephone/mail and in person
- Updating relevant details in the system
- If required field visit to TPA & Insurance company for TPA related work
Field visit to assist TPA marketing team for onsite activities like vaccination /health checkup / Health Camps & Health Talks.
