Job Description:

We are looking for a passionate and result-driven Sales Manager – Area Sales to lead business development and sales operations in the assigned territory. The ideal candidate should have strong field sales experience, excellent relationship-building skills, and a proven ability to achieve sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

- Drive sales growth and achieve business targets within the assigned area.
n
- Identify and acquire current customers while maintaining existing client relationships.
n
- Plan and execute effective sales strategies to maximize revenue.
n
- Conduct regular field visits, customer meetings, and market surveys.
n
- Monitor competitor activities and identify new business opportunities.
n
- Ensure high customer satisfaction through excellent service and support.
n




- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
n

Eligibility Criteria:

- Graduation Mandatory.
n
- Minimum 2+ Years of Experience in Field Sales.
n
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
n
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
n
- Local candidates from Ranchi will be preferred.
