Job description for Jira Administration:-

Good knowledge of Jira Administration (preferably cloud)
Strong understanding of project configurations, issue types, and schemas
Experience with JSM, Jira automation rules, JQL, and dashboard/report creation.
Experience with third-party Atlassian Marketplace apps (e.g., ScriptRunner, JMWE, Automation for Jira).
Exposure to ITIL processes or experience working in ITSM environments.
Flexible to work in a 24x7 support model and a team player.
