Description
As the Product Sales Manager, you will play a crucial role in developing and executing sales strategies for the bank's cash management products. Your primary objective is to enhance the bank's market position and drive revenue growth. You will work closely with the product development team to understand the latest trends and innovations in cash management, ensuring our offerings remain competitive and aligned with customer needs.

Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of sales professionals, providing guidance and support to achieve sales targets.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies and plans to penetrate new markets and expand existing ones.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their needs and offering tailored cash management solutions.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to identify new business opportunities.
- Collaborate with product development and marketing teams to create compelling value propositions and promotional materials.




- Conduct market research and analysis to identify target customer segments and tailor sales approaches accordingly.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and internal policies in sales and business operations.

Qualifications
- A bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a related field is preferred.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a sales management role, preferably in the banking or financial services industry.
- Proven track record of successful sales leadership and driving business growth.
- Excellent knowledge of cash management products and services, including treasury management, cash flow optimization, and payment solutions.
