Role Overview

A reputed organization in the hospitality and hotels
& resorts industry is looking for a creative, hands-on, and highly
energetic Social Media, Content Creator & Video Editor to manage and
create engaging digital content.

The ideal candidate should have a robust eye for hospitality,
travel, photography, and short-form video content and should be capable of
independently conceptualising, shooting, editing, and publishing content rather
than merely managing social media accounts.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage
Instagram, Facebook, and other social media platforms.
- Create
engaging Reels, videos, posts, stories, and social media campaigns.
- Shoot
and edit content related to hotels, food, rooms, guest experiences,
destinations, and hospitality offerings.
- Edit




short-form videos using Premiere Pro, Final Cut, CapCut, or similar
tools.
- Develop
monthly content calendars and social media plans.
- Write
engaging captions and coordinate with relevant teams for content
requirements.
- Identify
and utilise trending Reels, sounds, formats, and hospitality content
trends.
- Coordinate
photoshoots and create content during hotel/resort visits.
- Maintain
a consistent brand look, tone, and visual identity.
- Track
basic social media performance and suggest improvements.

Candidate Requirements
- 2–4
years of experience in social media management, content creation, or
video editing.
- Experience
in hospitality, travel, lifestyle, or luxury brands will be
preferred.
- Strong
skills in Reels, short-form video editing, and content creation.
- Good
photography and videography skills.

understanding of Instagram and current social media trends.
