About the Team
The Enterprise Platform Engineering team is responsible for delivering scalable, secure, and resilient automation capabilities across global infrastructure environments. The team drives infrastructure modernization, operational excellence, and enterprise-wide automation adoption through industry-leading automation and DevOps practices.

What You Will Be Doing
- Lead the architecture, engineering, governance, and lifecycle management of Ansible Automation Platform (AAP), AWX, and enterprise automation solutions.
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable automation frameworks for infrastructure provisioning, configuration management, patching, compliance, and operational workflows.
- Drive Infrastructure as Code (IaC) practices and automation standards across enterprise platforms.
- Develop and maintain advanced automation solutions using Python, PowerShell, Bash, and other scripting technologies.
- Integrate automation platforms with enterprise tools including ServiceNow,



monitoring solutions, cloud platforms, infrastructure management systems, and REST APIs.
- Establish automation governance, coding standards, Git workflows, branching strategies, CI/CD pipelines, and platform best practices.
- Lead platform upgrades, troubleshooting, performance tuning, resiliency improvements, and disaster recovery initiatives.
- Implement and manage security controls including RBAC, secrets management, compliance, and audit requirements.
- Partner with infrastructure, cloud, security, application, and operations teams to identify automation opportunities and drive modernization programs.
- Mentor engineers and provide technical leadership on automation strategy, architecture, and operational excellence.
- Leverage AI and Copilot technologies to accelerate automation development, testing, troubleshooting, documentation, and knowledge sharing.
