Responsibilities
Job Descriptions:
- Receive all incoming Fleet Maintenance related calls, including driver breakdowns.




- Coordinate response to vehicle breakdowns by utilizing our nationwide network of preferred service providers.
- Manage all third-party repair orders for our National Account Breakdown Service providers.
- Review all quotes received while on shift and identify areas where repair cost can be reduced / eliminated.
- Identify rework scenarios where repairs should be denied and or be covered under warranty.
- Identify repairs that should be covered under OEM or aftermarket parts suppliers warranty.
- Coordinate with third party vendors to collect quotes, invoices and preventative maintenance forms.
- Create purchase orders for third-party breakdown repairs.
- Ensures Health and Safety is the number one goal by following policies, processes, and acting in a safe manner always.

Qualifications
Functional Requirement:
1) 2-5 years of exp in Finance and Accounts / organization / service line / Customer Service.
2) Should have positive understanding of Review
