Role Summary

We are looking for a Business Development professional to build and manage strategic partnerships with universities and higher-education institutions offering online and distance-learning programs.

The role will be responsible for identifying potential institutional partners, developing relationships with key decision-makers, negotiating commercial partnerships, and managing accounts through onboarding, growth, and long-term engagement.

This is a high-ownership role for someone who understands the higher-education ecosystem and enjoys building institutional relationships from the ground up.

Key Responsibilities
- Identify and build a pipeline of universities and higher-education institutions offering online and distance-learning programs.




- Research prospective partners and identify relevant decision-makers across business, admissions, marketing, and leadership teams.
- Develop and deliver compelling partnership proposals aligned with institutional objectives.
- Own the end-to-end business development cycle, from prospecting and initial conversations to negotiation and closure.
- Lead commercial discussions and negotiate mutually beneficial partnership terms.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and execution of partnerships.
- Own relationships with institutional partners post-onboarding and act as the primary point of contact.
- Monitor account performance, identify opportunities for expansion, and drive renewals and long-term partnerships.
