Quality Assurance Manager – ISO & ESGRole OverviewWe are seeking an accomplished ISO & ESG Compliance Manager to independently oversee ISO certifications, audits, and sustainability compliance across the organisation. This pivotal role requires a professional with proven expertise in managing ISO 9001 (Quality), ISO 14001 (Workplace), ISO 27001 (Information Security), and ESG frameworks. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience conducting audits, liaising with external certification bodies, and driving continuous compliance and improvement initiatives that strengthen organisational resilience and sustainability.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and manageinternal and external auditsacross ISO 9001, 14001, 27001, and ESG frameworks.Coordinate withexternal auditors and certification bodiesto ensure successful certifications and surveillance audits.Ensure timelyrenewal, maintenance, and expansionof ISO & ESG certifications.Maintain accuratedocumentation, compliance records, and audit trailsacross all standards.Identifygaps, risks, and improvement opportunitiesin quality, environmental, information security, and ESG systems.Act as thesingle point of contactfor all ISO and ESG compliance matters.Educate, train, and guide internal teams onISO standards, ESG practices,



and audit readiness .Ensurezero non-complianceand maintain continuous audit preparedness.Support the integration ofsustainability and governance principlesinto business operations.·Risk Reporting & Managemento Establish and maintain a risk management framework aligned with ISO and ESG standards.O Conduct regular risk assessments across quality, environment, information security, and sustainability domains.O Report risk findings to senior management and recommend mitigation strategies.O Monitor effectiveness of risk controls and update risk registers regularly.Required Skills & Experience10+ years of experience inISO / Quality / Compliance Management .Proven track record in:Managing external ISO audits and certification processes.ISO certification renewals and surveillance audits.ESG compliance reporting and sustainability frameworks.Quality documentation, compliance frameworks, and risk management.Strong attention to detail with the ability to review and manage large volumes of documentation.Independent, ethical, and process-driven mindset with a focus on continuous improvement.Preferred (Good to Have)Background indesign, publishing, or related industries .Existing network or familiarity withISO certification bodies and ESG reporting frameworks(GRI, SASB, CSRD).Experience insetting up or improving ISO and ESG processes from scratch .Exposure tosustainability reporting tools and metrics .Key TraitsExtremelydetail-oriented and methodicalin approach.High levels ofintegrity, accountability, and professionalism .Ability to managepressure and deadlines without compromising quality .Strongstakeholder engagement and communication skills .Willingness to learn and adapt toindustry-specific processes and ESG requirements .CompensationCompetitive and aligned with experience and certification expertiseLocationRemote
