- Conduct regularphysical stock auditsat retail stores and warehouses
- Reconcilephysical inventory with stock recorded in BUSY ERP
- Identify and reportstock shortages, excess stock and discrepancies
- Investigate reasons behind stock mismatches and coordinate with concerned teams for resolution
- Verify stock movement, transfers, inward/outward entries and inventory records
- Prepare detailedstock audit and discrepancy reports
- Maintain proper audit documentation and follow-up on unresolved discrepancies




- Support management in improvinginventory controls and stock accuracyRequired Skills & Experience ✅ Minimum2–3 years of experiencein Stock Audit / Inventory Audit / Inventory Control✅ Good working knowledge ofBUSY ERP Software✅ Strong knowledge ofMicrosoft Excel✅ Comfortable with VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, filters and reconciliation✅ Solid numerical and analytical skills✅ Ability to identify and investigate stock discrepancies✅ Attention to detail and accuracy✅ Willingness to visit and conduct audits atstores and warehousesPreferred Background Candidates with experience inretail, electronics, consumer durables, distribution or multi-location businesseswill be preferred.Role Objective The primary objective of this position is to ensure thatphysical stock matches system stock, identify discrepancies quickly, investigate their root causes and help maintain strong inventory controls across the organisation.Interested candidates can apply through LinkedIn or share their CV with us.
