n Preferred Eligibility Criteria
n n Degree: Master's Degree in Clinical Psychology, Counseling Psychology, or equivalent mental health qualification from a recognized institution.
n Certifications: Completed multiple certifications in emotional wellness, trauma resolution, somatic therapy, mindfulness, or expressive arts healing.
n Experience: Minimum 3–5+ years of experience conducting 1-on-1 counseling, group facilitation, and designing/executing mental health retreats (preferably in luxury wellness or retreat environments).
n Location & Lifestyle: Full-time, on-site resident role. Must reside on the sanctuary grounds (complete 24-hour executive accommodation and food provided).

n n Job Description
n n 1-on-1 Consultations: Conduct private, deep emotional healing and psychological counseling sessions for high-achieving guests, CEOs, and families facing burnout or decision fatigue.
n Group Facilitation: Lead high-trust, confidential group conversations, workshops, and emotional unburdening circles.
n Retreat Design & Delivery: Conceptualize, curate, and facilitate signature emotional healing retreats targeting cognitive quiet, stress release, and trauma resolution.
n Somatic & Vagal Integration:



Combine psychological techniques with somatic therapies to help guests release stored emotional tension from their nervous system.
n Multi-Disciplinary Coordination: Work alongside the Chief Ayurveda Physician and Quantum Healing teams to ensure a unified approach to Mind (Sukshma) health.
n n Must-Have Skills & Qualities
n n Strong repertoire of completed courses in mental health, emotional wellness, somatic work, or trauma-informed therapy.
n Exceptional emotional intelligence, empathy, and high-level interpersonal skills to handle sensitive topics with elite clientele.
n Proven ability to design and lead engaging group workshops and transformative multi-day retreats.
n Fluency in English and Hindi.
n Strong understanding of decision fatigue, executive burnout, and up-to-date neuro-psychological stress patterns.
