Key Responsibilities
Teach undergraduate and/or postgraduate courses in Management.
Prepare lesson plans, course materials, assignments, and assessments.
Conduct lectures, tutorials, case studies, workshops, and student activities.
Mentor and guide students in academic and career-related matters.
Participate in curriculum development and departmental activities.
Conduct and publish research in reputed journals/conferences.
Contribute to institutional accreditation, academic documentation, and committees.
Participate in seminars, FDPs, conferences, and qualified-development activities.
Develop industry connections and facilitate internships, projects, and placements where applicable.

Educational Qualification:
BBA / Bachelor’s Degree in Management from a recognized university.
MBA / Master’s Degree in Management from a recognized university.
PhD in Management will be preferred.
Candidates must meet applicable UGC/AICTE/university norms for appointment as Assistant Professor.
